gramcracker 31

My weekly post.

We went to Star Valley to visit Kenyon's parents over the holiday of July 4th. Most of the time, there is an argument between us about some darn thing. Before I left for Star Valley this time, I promised myself that I would not bite on anything Mom started. Hey, it worked.

We traveled through Rexburg and up through Driggs and Victor on this trip instead of the usual through Idaho Falls on Highway 20. Our reasoning for traveling through Rexburg was because I hadn't been to the temple yet that week and the temple in IF is closed, so we went through Rexburg so we could stop at the temple there.

On our way home, we went through Swan Valley and then through Idaho Falls. Swan Valley sure is beautiful in the summer. That overlook is, as they say, breathtaking. I told myself that maybe Swan Valley wouldn't be so bad to move to, but then I reminded myself that Swan Valley gets winter the same as Blackfoot. I am tired of winter. I want to live where it is warm all year round.
